Welded Wire Mesh
Wire diameter: 0.5mm–6.0mm;
Materials: black wire, electro/hot-dip galvanized, stainless, PVC coated;
Key requirements: uniform diameter, oil-free surface (for welding conductivity), moderate tensile strength;
Process: weld-then-galvanize or galvanize-then-weld.
Chain Link Fence
Wire diameter: 1.5mm–4.0mm (BWG 6#–16#);
Materials: hot-dip galvanized, PVC coated, stainless;
Key requirements: good flexibility, high elongation (no breakage at hooks), strong zinc adhesion;
Mesh opening: 1"–4".
Hexagonal Wire Netting
Wire diameter: 0.3mm–2.0mm (BWG 18#–28#);
Materials: electro/hot-dip galvanized, PVC coated, stainless;
Key requirements: ultra-fine uniform diameter, smooth burr-free surface, no breakage during twisting;
Weave: normal/reverse/double twist.
Stainless Steel Woven Filter Mesh
Wire diameter: 0.015mm–2.2mm;
Materials: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310S, 904L;
Key requirements: diameter tolerance ±0.002mm (precision mesh), bright clean surface, consistent tensile strength, zero splices;
Weave: plain, twill, Dutch, reverse Dutch.
Crimped Wire Mesh
Wire diameter: 1.0mm–12.0mm;
Materials: black, galvanized, stainless, manganese steel;
Key requirements: high strength and hardness, stable springback after crimping, wear resistance;
Applications: mining screening, stone grading, vibrating screens.
