At our booth, Jinjue displayed our complete product portfolio supported by three sets of exhibition posters. The exhibited product range covers Johnson mesh, polyurethane mine screen mesh, wedge-shaped screen, expanded metal mesh, perforated metal mining mesh, precision filter finished products, steel grating, and crimped woven wire mesh. These high-performance mesh products are widely used in mineral screening, solid-liquid separation, quarry stone grading, raw coal classification, equipment protection, walkway grating, gas-liquid filtration and industrial safety barrier projects, attracting numerous local purchasers, mining engineers and solution integrators to stop by, view the posters, discuss technical parameters and start face-to-face business negotiations.
Johnson mesh (Wedge wire filter screen) is manufactured from stainless steel or high manganese steel pre-formed into V-shaped profile wire, wrapped and welded onto support bars. Its unique V-shaped cross-section avoids clogging while maintaining smooth fluid flow. It is widely used in water well filters, submersible pump screens, water treatment, environmental protection, petrochemical industry, petroleum product filtration, chemical acid & alkali filtration and organic solution recovery. It features sturdy welded structure and outstanding mechanical strength for long service life under harsh fluid working environments.
Polyurethane mine screen mesh is a popular mining screening material. This wrapped welded mesh has beautiful appearance, bright color and light weight. It delivers high mechanical strength, heat insulation, weather resistance and color diversity. No secondary decoration is required. It is commonly matched with vibrating screens and other mining equipment for quarry and mineral separation operations, famous for excellent wear resistance and low blockage rate.
Wedge-shaped screen is also built from premium stainless steel profile bars. Pre-rolled trapezoidal wires are wound and welded on support rods. The narrow top slits and wider bottom design prevent material jamming. It offers high strength, rigidity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It has precise and uniform apertures. Available materials include carbon steel, galvanized steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel, suitable for both dry and wet mining conditions. It is widely used in stone quarry crushing grading, raw coal screening, construction sand separation, bulk material sorting and mineral waste residue filtration.
Our highly processed filter finished products are mainly applied in rubber, plastic, grain, oil screening, petroleum refining, chemical, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, machinery and ship industries. These finished filter baskets and filter components are used for distillation, absorption, evaporation and gas-liquid separation, removing liquid droplets from steam or gas streams and serving as air filter elements.

Steel grating provides high load capacity, anti-slip property and open structure for efficient drainage and slag removal. Crimped woven wire mesh belongs to heavy-duty quarry mesh. With interlocked crimp weaving structure, it has superior tensile strength and stable structure.
