🔧 1. Common types of materials
AISI 304 (304 type stainless steel): the most commonly used, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, suitable for most ordinary environments.
AISI 316 (316 type stainless steel): added molybdenum element, stronger resistance to salt spray, acid and alkali, suitable for seaside or chemical environment.
316L / 304L: low-carbon version, more suitable for welding, to avoid intergranular corrosion.
🛠️ 2. Weaving type
Plain Weave: the most common, warp and weft are staggered, regular.
Twill Weave: each weft interlaces two or more warps, more dense.
Dutch Weave: used in scenes with high filtering accuracy, with thick warps and dense wefts.
📏 3. Main parameters
Mesh Count: The number of holes per inch determines the filtration accuracy. For example: 10 mesh (coarse mesh), 200 mesh (fine mesh).
Wire Diameter: Usually expressed in millimeters or inches.
Opening Size: Determined by the mesh count and wire diameter.
Width & Length: Common widths are 1 meter or 1.2 meters, and the length can be customized, usually 30 meters and 50 meters.
