Aging resistance: the addition of anti ultraviolet additives can delay the cracking and fading of the coating caused by ultraviolet rays, and extend the service life (several times that of cold and hot galvanized iron wire).

Production process

Substrate selection: commonly used galvanized wire, stainless steel wire, annealed wire, etc. are used as substrates to ensure the strength and corrosion resistance of the metal wire.
Coating method:
Extrusion method: PVC plastic is heated and melted through an extrusion sleeve, extruded and cooled to form a coating. It is necessary to control the unwinding speed, straightening, extrusion amount, and winding speed to ensure uniform coating thickness.
Electrostatic plasticization method: Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, PVC powder is attached to the surface of metal wire, and then baked at high temperature to flatten and solidify. The adhesion of the coating is better than that of the extrusion method, but the thickness of the single-walled coating is limited (usually ≤ 0.2mm).
Immersion method: Preheat the metal wire and immerse it in PVC plastic powder or liquid, and form a coating through thermal curing. The coating thickness can be adjusted by preheating temperature and time.
Preprocessing and post-processing:
Pre treatment: including ultrasonic alkali washing, acid washing, water washing, drying, adhesive coating, preheating and other steps to remove oil stains and oxide layers on the surface of metal wires and enhance coating adhesion.
Post treatment: cooling, wire winding and other steps to ensure complete curing of the coating and avoid deformation or scratching.
