Plain Weave Woven Wire Screen
This is a simpler and more stable weaving method with lower cost, which has been widely used by customers.
The sieve holes are uniform and regular in size, which can accurately classify the materials in terms of particle size.
It can be applied to a variety of materials such as powder, granules, viscous material, etc., no matter dry powder or wet powder, it can be effectively screened.
Square hole screen is very suitable for screening long and thin granular materials.
The screening efficiency of square hole screen is affected by the wire diameter. The finer the wire diameter, the larger the opening area and the higher the material yield.
If no yield is required, a coarser wire diameter can be selected to extend the life of the screen.

Lock Crimped Woven Wire Screen
