Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is made of glass fiber fabric as the substrate, using alkali-free glass fiber mesh (the main component silicate) by special tissue structure ---- leno tissue twisting, and then coated with acrylic emulsion drying heat setting treatment, with good alkali resistance, flexibility and strong warp and weft tensile resistance.
Fiberglass mesh for external wall insulation is a vital component of modern building envelopes, designed to reinforce insulation systems (e.g., EIFS, external thermal insulation composite systems) and prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion, moisture, or structural movement.
