Black Wire Cloth, also called iron wire cloth or iron wire mesh, is a woven metal fabric manufactured from low-carbon steel wire. It is produced using plain weave or twill weave structures to ensure uniform mesh openings and stable mechanical strength. This mesh is supplied in rolls and sheets, offering consistent filtration and screening performance for industrial processing applications.
Weave Type
Weave pattern: Plain Weave, Twill Weave, Dutch Weave, Herringbone weave.
Plain weave, twill weave, plain dutch weave and twill dutch weave while plain weave is the most popular one. Wire cloth plain and twill weave are all in square opening, while Dutch weave in rectangular opening.
Plain Weave Black Wire Cloth Plain weave black wire cloth has a simple structure and is commonly used for screening and coarse filtration applications.
Twill Weave Black Wire Cloth Twill weave black wire cloth is woven more tightly than plain weave black wire cloth and can be used for particle powder screening and liquid-gas filtration.
Dutch Weave Black Wire Mesh Dutch weave black wire cloth has stable filtration performance and high precision, and is commonly used in filtration applications requiring high-precision filtration.
Herringbone Weave Black Wire Cloth Herringbone weave is woven by regularly changing the weaving direction of the diagonal lines, featuring resistance to deformation. It is widely used in the field of vacuum filters, etc.
